Blackberry Tea Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons Earl Grey tea
- 3 cups fresh blackberries
- 2 teaspoons Champagne vinegar
Directions
Finely grind the sugar and tea in a spice mill. Purée 1 cup of the blackberries, vinegar, and Earl Grey sugar in a food processor until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a small bowl, pressing on the solids. Discard the solids.
